libcogl-pango20-dbg software package provides Object oriented GL/GLES Abstraction/Utility Layer (debug files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcogl-pango20-dbg
libcogl-pango20-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcogl-pango20-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcogl-pango20-dbg *
You will get with libcogl-pango20-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
